The process was not too hard. However, assistance is a plus since you can get lost specially at the beggining. I think elementary students can initialize a blogger but with the teacher's assistance.
Bloggers can be used to post assignments, discussions and homeworks.
I am just starting to learn how to use bloggers myself.
